LITERACY FOR KIDS HOSTED BACK TO SCHOOL TEACHER EVENT! August 2019
Literacy for Kids, Inc. hosted a Teacher Back to School Event on Tuesday, August 20th. This open house forum, where Greater Detroit Area elementary teachers were invited, was our first LFK project. We wanted to introduce ourselves and offer teachers a celebratory bag of goodies and resources to start off the new school year. Refreshments, dinosaur cookies, lesson plans for the DLIMH book series, discounted books, and teacher resource material were some of the perks available.
